Black leotard, pink convertible tights, hair in neat bun, pink split-sole ballet shoes.  No shorts for ballet class.  Solid black ballet skirts may be won with teacher's permission.  Absolutely no ponytails for ballet class.

Level 1 dancers can wear pink or black leotards.  Level 2 and up must wear black leotards.  Elite level can wear any color leotard.  Pink or tan convertible tights, solid black dance shorts are permitted with teacher's permission.  Tap Shoes: Black with laces.  Jazz Shoes: Tan Slip on (Bloch Neo Flex are preferred),  Lyrical and Contemporary: Bare feet.  

Pink or black leotard, pink or tan convertible, footless, or stirrup tights.  Hair in bun, neat pony tail, or braid.  Bare feet.  Solid black dance shorts are permitted.  Female dancers will wear tan, stirrup tights for recital, so these must be purchased as part of the uniform.  Bare feet. 

Black leotard (Elite level dancers may wear a colored leotard), pink or tan convertible, footless, or stirrup tights. Hair in bun, neat pony tail, or braid. Bare feet. Leotards are recommended but not mandatory for hip-hop.  Fitted tank or tee, dance shorts, or leggings permitted.  Hair in neat pony tail or neatly pulled back half up - half down.  Sneakers that are ONLY worn for dance class.  Instructor will choose a specific sneaker for recital.  

White or black fitted tank, black fitted shorts (to the knee), black fitted dance pants, or black tights.  Black ballet shoes, black jazz shoes, black tap shoes.  

Baggy sweats are NOT permitted.  During colder months, your child should wear a long sleeve leotard or a fitted ballet sweater.  Fitted warm ups will only be allowed during the first 10 minutes of class.  All competition team dancers will be required to purchase a custom Spotlight Performing Arts Center warm up jacket.
